Our Services

Our core offering is qualitative research. Most of our project work requires us to conduct focus groups and depth interviews (in all of their guises)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All of our execs are skilled and experienced interviewers and moderators. We are acknowledged experts, so much so that a team from CSR tutors on the MRS 'basic moderating skills' course

 

There is not a CSR way of moderating; rather researchers are encouraged, based on individual strengths, to develop their own style

 

Our proposals are always bespoke and, where appropriate, may include less conventional methodological recommendations, e.g. accompanied shops, conflict groups, trios, video diaries, consumer panels, brainstorming sessions and ethnography influenced research. We regularly produce vox pops to bring a project to life or organise an 'event' so that Brand Managers can spend time with their customers

 

Clients value our analytical and interpretive capabilities. Our 'big picture' thinking is founded on a rigorous interrogation of the research output. Our research debriefs 'tell a story' and we pride ourselves on our no nonsense and honest approach. We are not afraid to deliver bad news. Thankfully our clients seem to enjoy working with us. Maybe in part because of this we have a repeat purchase rate that is the envy of the Industry
